化疗、放疗强效止吐剂的研究进展

对癌症患者化疗和放疗导致的毒副反应，其中恶心、呕吐是困扰医务人员和患者的一大难题。通过多年来研究发现，抑制5－HT3受体对于癌症病人化疗、放疗的止吐具有密切的关系，寻找强效和选择性5－HT3受体招抗剂，成为当前发现止吐药物的新方向。现综述近年来化疗、放疗强效止吐剂-5-HT3受体拍抗剂的研究进展。
