抗白细胞药物对大鼠脑缺血后病灶区小胶质细胞数及血清IL-1β活性的影响

实验表明炎性反应与缺血介导的神经元损伤密切相关,其中IL-1起着重要作用。抗白细胞药物氯奎与秋水仙碱联合应用可以明显减轻动物由缺血介导的神经功能损害。采用大鼠可逆性大脑中动脉梗塞模型(MCAO),观察抗白细胞药物氯奎十秋水仙碱、环磷酸胺对大鼠脑缺血后血清IL-1β生物活性的影响,并同时定量分析大鼠梗塞区大脑皮层小胶质细胞的数量,与对照组比较,发现上述药物可以明显降低血清IL-1β的水平(P<0.01)及梗塞区小胶质细胞数量(P<0.01)。提示,抗白细胞药物可能通过抑制炎性细胞在缺血区的聚集和激活,而抑制细胞毒性物质的释放,从而抑制了缺血后迟发性神经元损伤的发生,促进了动物神经功能的恢复。
