目的测定大鼠脑组织中盐酸多奈哌齐(DPZ)的含量。方法大鼠ig给予10 mg·kg~(-1) DPZ溶液,45 min后,断头处死,立即分离嗅球(OB)、嗅束(OT)、大脑(CR)及小脑(CL)等脑组织并分别称重、匀浆;采用HPLC荧光法测定大鼠脑匀浆中药物的浓度,分别计算不同脑组织中药物的含量。采用Inert Sustain C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液-(30:70),激发波长325 nm,发射波长390 nm,流速1.2 mL·min~(-1),柱温为室温,进样量20μL。结果大鼠脑匀浆中DPZ的线性范围为10.0～800.0 ng·mL~(-1)(r=0.9994),方法的相对回收率为96.29%～104.28%,提取回收率为97.12%～104.43%(n=5),方法的日内、日间RSD均
