目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)与诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在口腔癌微转移中的作用及表达的相关性。方法 对47例口腔鳞癌组织标本、15例正常口腔黏膜采用RT-PCR方法检测其VEGF-C、iNOS mRNA 的表达;对10个正常淋巴结、47例口腔鳞癌患者的355个淋巴结采用免疫组织化学方法检测其细胞角蛋白(CK)的表达。结果 47例口腔鳞癌标本VEGF-C、iNOS mRNA的表达率分别为57·4%、68·1%,高于正常对照组的20·0%、 33·3%(P

英文摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor c(VEGF-C) and induced nitride ox- ide synthesizase(iNOS) expression in lymph node micrometastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Samples were ob- tained from 47 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 15 caseswith normal oral mucosa, VEGF-C and iNOSmRNA expression were detected by RT-PCR method. Lymph node micrometastasis of 10 normal lymph nodes and 355 lymph nodes from 47 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemical reaction in cytokeratin antibody.Results The percentages in tumorswith higher expressionwere 57·4% forVEGF-C, 68·1% for iNOS(P
