三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽是长江中下游重要的水利工程,三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽的联合调度不仅是实现长江中下游水资源可持续利用的基础和典范,也是实现整个流域范围内水文补偿、库容补偿、电力补偿、提高系统可靠性及综合利用效益的必要条件,由此,对三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽调度技术集成涉及的水文、调度等问题进行评述以了解现状、展望未来非常必要。在探讨三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽调度技术集成研究意义的基础上,对涉及的气象水情自动测报系统研究、流域梯级调度、水库汛限水位动态控制研究、大型水库生态调度研究、特大型水电站考核评估等研究现状进行评述,指出了三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽调度技术集成研究亟待解决的问题,对三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽调度技术集成及类似方面研究与实践有指导作用。

英文摘要

Cascade project of Three Gorges and Gezhouba is an important project for downstream Yangtze river basin, and operation jointly of cascade project of Three Gorges and Gezhouba is not only the basic and example of sustainable water resources utilization of downstream Yangtze river basin, but is the necessary condition to realize overall hydrology compensation, storage compensation, power compensation and improve reliability of systems and synthesized benefits, thus, it is necessary to learn the status and progress for discussing the problem of hydrology, operation, and so on which the operation techniques integration on cascade project of Three Gorges and Gezhouba involves. On the basis of discussing on significance of operation techniques integration on cascade project of Three Gorges and Gezhouba, relative research of automatic measure and report system of meteorological water information, cascade operation of river basin, dynamical control of water limited level during flood season, ecological operation for huge reservoir and examination of special huge hydropower are analyzed and the problem need to solve quickly are pointed within this task which give the guidance for this task and the same study and practice.
