Objective To translate the original English version of the child perception questionnaire（CPQ11- 14）into Chinese version and to test the psychometric properties of the Chinese version in order to use among the Chinese children. Methods The original English version of CPQ11- 14 was translated into Chinese, and pre- tested and crosscultural adapted.
