目的 研究线粒体Ca2+超载及能量代谢在咬合创伤所致咀嚼肌功能紊乱中所起的作用。方法 用原子发射光谱法检测兔咬肌线粒体Ca2+含量;用高效液相色谱法检测线粒体二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量。结果 ①10 d组、20 d组的实验组板侧和20 d组的板对侧的咬肌线粒体Ca2+含量明显升高(P

Objective To study the role of Ca2+overload and energy metabolism in mitochondria in masticatory muscle dys- functional induced by occlusal trauma.Methods Mitochondrial Ca2+contents were measured with atomic emission spectropho- tometer.
