Objective To investigate the association between FcγreceptorⅡAgene polymorphism and susceptibility to chron- ic periodontitis in ChineseHan nationality.Methods DNAsampleswere collectedwith buccal swabs from63 patientswith severe chronic periodontitis(CP), 103 patients with mild to moderate CP and 80 healthy individuals as control.
