目的探讨植物激素中脱落酸（ABA）对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞的诱导分化作用。方法采用脱落酸处理Tca8113细胞，观察Tca8113细胞生长和形态变化，SABC免疫组化检测细胞表面分化标志物Involucrin、RARβ及原位杂交检测Caspase- 3 mRNA的表达变化，并比较细胞表面分化标志物的表达水平与Caspase- 3 mRNA表达两者间相关性。结果Tca8113细胞经ABA作用后，细胞生长抑制明显（P

Objective To approach the effects on induction of differentiation of Tca8113 cells affected by abscisic acid. Methods The changes of surface differentiation markers, cell configuration, restrain of cell growth and the expression of Caspase - 3 mRNA were examined by using inverted- phase contrast microscope, immunohistochemistry （IHC）and in situ hybridization in vitro.
