目的　研究成釉细胞瘤(AB)中人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)和bcl-2的表达。方法　采用原位杂交或免疫组化方法对AB(分原发、复发和恶变组)中hTERTmRNA和bcl-2进行检测,并与正常口腔黏膜作对照。结果　 hTERTmRNA阳性表达率在AB中为94·4%,正常口腔黏膜中为14·3%(P

Objective To study the expression of telomerase reverse transcripatase (hTERT) and bcl-2 in ameloblastoma (AB).Methods hTERTmRNA in 54 cases of AB (primary AB 31 cases, recurrent AB 17 cases, malignant AB 4 cases) and 7 cases of oral normal mucosa was detectd by in situ hybridization, and bcl-2 by S-Pmethod.Results The expression of hTERT mRNAwas negative or weak in normal oral mucosa (14·3%), moderate or strong in AB (94·4%).
