目的 探讨口腔颌面部肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)的表达特点及其在口腔颌面部肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 采用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析系统及配套试剂,对86例正常人、102例口腔颌面部良性肿瘤和87例恶性肿瘤患者的外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs进行检测,计算银染核仁面积与细胞核面积的比值(I.S%),然后进行综合分析。结果 口腔颌面部良性肿瘤组患者Ag-NORs表达与正常人组相比明显降低,良性肿瘤组平均I.S%值为(5·72±0·14),正常人组平均I.S%值为(7·87±0·12),两组间有显著性差异(P
