目的 观察Tip-Edge差动直丝弓矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的效果。方法 对13例平均年龄为24·3岁的成年安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者采用Tip-Edge技术进行治疗。通过对患者治疗前后的头影测量主要数据的统计学分析,评价其治疗效果,并探讨Tip-Edge差动直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的机制。结果 13例患者经平均疗程为16·2个月的治疗后,均获良好的覆、覆盖及中性磨牙关系,侧面形也得到明显的改善。X线头影测量显示,患者治疗后的上下中切牙切缘距AP线的距离分别缩短3·72 mm、1·03 mm,覆盖减少3·73 mm,与治疗前比较有显著差异(P

Objective The aim of this studywas to observe the effects ofTip-Edge Differential Straight-ArchTechnique in treat- ing AngleⅡ1malocclusion.Methods 13 adults with AngleⅡ1malocclusion were treated with Tip-Edge appliance.
