目的 筛选一种对粪肠球菌有抑菌效能的纳米羟磷灰石复合材料。方法 选用载银纳米羟磷灰石(Ag/ nHA)、载钇纳米羟磷灰石(Yi/nHA)、载铈纳米羟磷灰石(Ce/nHA)、普通纳米羟磷灰石(nHA)为实验材料,分别采用琼脂扩散法和琼脂稀释法,通过计量不同实验材料对粪肠球菌的抑菌环直径和最小抑菌浓度(MIC),评价4种纳米复合材料对粪肠球菌的影响。结果 琼脂扩散法显示Ag/nHA周围出现明显的抑菌环,而Yi/nHA、Ce/ nHA、nHA周围均无抑菌环。琼脂稀释法显示Ag/nHA对粪肠球菌的MIC为1.0 g·L-1;其他材料即使浓度高达32.0 g·L-1也未表现出抑制粪肠球菌的作用。结论 Ag/nHA对浮游状态的粪肠球菌有较好的抑制作用,而Yi/nHA、Ce/nHA、nHA在实验浓度范围内均无明显地抑制粪肠球菌的作用。

Objective This study aims to compare and determine a kind of nano-hydroxyapatite composite material with good antibacterial efficacy onEnterococcus faecalis(E. faecalis)in vitro.Methods We investigated the antimicrobial activity of four kinds of nano-hydroxyapatite composites, namely, silver/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Ag/nHA), yttrium/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Yi/nHA), cerium/hydroxyapatite composite nanoparticles (Ce/nHA), and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHA), againstE. faecalis in vitrousing the agar diffusion and broth dilution method by measuring the growth inhibition zone and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), respectively.Results The agar diffusion test results showed that Ag/nHA displayed an obvious growth inhibition zone, whereas Yi/nHA, Ce/nHA, and nHA showed no influence onE. faecalis. The MIC value of Ag/nHA was 1.0 g·L-1, and the three other materials had no effect onE. faecaliseven at the high concentration of 32.0 g·L-1.Conclusion Ag/nHA display a potential antimicrobial efficacy to planktonicE. faecalis. Whereas, the three other kinds of nano-hydroxyapatite composites (Yi/nHA, Ce/nHA, nHA) show no influence.
