目的 探讨单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)患者牙龄(DCS)和颈椎骨龄(CVMS)间关系,为唇腭裂(CLP)患者选择治疗时间提供理论基础。方法 选择UCLP患者123名,非CLP患者215名。通过Demirjian法评估非CLP患者下颌左侧和UCLP患者下颌双侧尖牙,前磨牙及第二磨牙的DCS;通过Baccetti法观测CVMS。将DCS和CVMS分布行Spearman相关分析,并对相关性进行比较。结果 非CLP患者和UCLP患者的所有DCS和CVMS均具有显著相关性(非CLP患者r=0.762~0.864,Pr=0.809~0.914,PP>0.05)。结论 DCS可以作为判定UCLP患者生长发育的生物学指标。其中,下颌第一前磨牙的DCS和CVMS相关性最大。

ObjectiveThe purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between dental calcification stages (DCS) and cervical vertebral maturation stages (CVMS) in patients with unilateral complete cleft lips and palates (UCLP) and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment time selection of cleft lip and palate (CLP) patients.MethodsA total of 123 UCLP patients and 215 non-CLP subjects were selected. The DCS of the left mandibular canine, premolar, and second molar in non-CLP subjects and on both cleft sides of UCLP patients were assessed utilizing the Demirjian method. CVMS was observed utilizing the Baccetti method. The results were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation, and the correlation coefficients were compared.ResultsThere was a correlation between the CVMS and the DCS of the left mandibular canine, the first premolar, the second premolar, and the second molar in the non-CLP subjects and on both cleft sides of the UCLP patients (r=0.762-0.864,Pr=0.809-0.914,PP>0.05).ConclusionDCS can be utilized as a biological index to determine the growth development statuses. The correlation between the CVMS and the DCS of the mandibular first premolar was the highest.
