为了降低水库突发性污染事故危害,加强水库水质管理,给管理部门决策突发性污染事故应急运行方案提供技术支持,研究水库中污染物运动规律及运行方式对污染物运动与下泄的影响,结合水库水动力学特性分析,研究不同垂向位置的出水口对库区污染物下泄的影响非常重要。研究表明:出水口附近污染物在垂向未达均匀分布时,出水口垂向位置的改变对污染物下泄影响较大;出水口附近污染物在垂向达到均匀分布时,出水口垂向位置的改变对污染物下泄影响很小。

英文摘要

To reduce the harm of reservoir pollution accident and offer an available suggesting for the managers, it is very important to study the outflow of the pollutant in reservoir. Based on the solution of the 3-D pollutant transportation equation and analysis of hydrodynamics characteristics of the water near the outflow, this article makes a systematic study on the impacts of the vertical position of outflow on the discharging of pollutant in reservoir. It is found that impacts of the vertical position of outflow on the discharging of pollutant are different in different conditions. They rely on the pollutant's vertical distributing near the outflow.
