采用喷射微波燃烧合成法制备上转换发光显示器中的一种上转换发光材料Er,Yb∶YF3。对材料的XRD衍射图谱和效率进行测试,得出其晶粒大小约为30 nm,发光效率为5 lm/W。给出此材料在波长为1064 nm下的3种激光功率激发下的发光光谱。分析材料的上转换发光机理,得到545 nm 和662 nm峰值发光分别是Er3+的4S3/24I15/2和4F9/24I15/2跃迁产生的。Er,Yb∶YF3具有较强的上转换红光和绿光,采用不同的滤色膜可以得到单色的红光或绿光,满足显示对三基色中红色或绿色的要求,并且喷射微波燃烧合成法制备的材料达到了高分辨率显示应用超细粉体的要求。

英文摘要

The up-conversion luminescent material for optically written display, Er,Yb∶YF3 was prepared by the method of spraying microwave combustion. The structure of the sample was characterized by XRD and the particle size was about 30 nm. The emission power efficiency was tested as 5 lm/W. Its up-conversion luminescent spectra in different intensity excited by a 1064 nm laser diode were studied. The prepared Er,Yb∶YF3 showed intense green (545 nm) and red (662 nm) emissions, respectively, originated from the 4S3/24I15/2, and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+. The up-conversion luminescence of Er3+ was presented. The red or green light was obtained using different color filters.
