HHT(Hilbert-Huang Transform)是一种具有自适应性的、新型的、基于模态分解的时间序列数据处理方法。心音信号是一种典型的非平稳信号,传统信号处理方法来处理心音信号有一定的局限性。为了研究心脏的动力学特征,将HHT算法引入到心音的信号分析中。提出了一种改进的HHT算法,针对仿真信号进行了分析,验证改进的算法可以正确地提取出信号中的各个分量IMF(Intrinsic Mode Function);使用该算法对一例正常心音信号进行分解处理,表明该算法能按不同的时间尺度对心音信号信号进行分解

英文摘要

HHT(Hilbert Huang Transform) is a new and self adaptable time serials analysis method based on mode decomposition. Heart sound signal (HSS) is a typical non stationary signal, and it is difficult to be processed by traditional signal processing methods. In order to have deep insight of the heart dynamic characteristics, HHT algorithm was applied to analyze the HSS. Firstly, an improved HHT algorithm was proposed; then, the feasibility of the improved algorithm on a non stationary simulated signal was tested; finally, the algorithm was applied to analyze a healthy HSS. The result showed that the algorithm can efficiently decompose the HSS into IMFs with different time scales, which corresponding to different intrinsic characteristics of the signal. The energy distribution can be clearly shown in the Frequency-Energy spectrum. It was concluded that the improved HHT algorithm is available to analysis HSS.
