复相凝水膨胀材料是一种新型矿山充填材料。以复相凝水膨胀充填材料的抗压强度、非固相体积率、膨胀率和表征耐水性能的强度损失率为主要研究对象,通过单因素实验法、随机实验法等,调整外加剂的掺量,研究了各外加剂掺量分别对复相凝水膨胀充填材料充填性能的影响规律以及外加剂复合作用下复相凝水膨胀充填材料充填性能的变化规律。以随机实验法所获得的大量实验数据建立3D可视化模型,对多因素复合作用下复相凝水膨胀充填材料的充填性能变化规律进行了研究,并采用多项式逼近法建立了不同充填性能对应的多元非线性回归模型。结果表明:随着非晶相凝水剂(SAP)掺量的增加,充填体抗压强度和耐水性能逐渐降低;增加气相引入剂(GPA)的掺量能显著增加充填料浆的膨胀率,但会降低充填体的强度和耐水性;增大表面疏水剂(HA)掺量能降低充填体的强度损失率;复相凝水膨胀材料的3 d抗压强度性能受GPA掺量的影响最大,非固相体积率性能主要受SAP掺量的影响,膨胀率性能主要受GPA掺量的影响,强度损失率主要受HA掺量的影响。

英文摘要

The composite condensate expansion materials is a new type of mine filling material. The effects of the admixture dosage on the compressive strength, non-solid phase volume ratio, expansion ratio and strength loss rate of the multiphase condensate expansion filling materials were studied by single factor test and random test method. Based on a large number of test data obtained by random test method, the effect of material properties under multi-factor combined action was studied by 3D visual model analysis. Polynomial approximation method was used to establish a multivariate nonlinear regression model corresponding to different types of filling performance. The results showed that with the increase of SAP content, the compressive strength and water resistance of the filling body decreased gradually. With the increase of GPA content, the strength of the filling body decreased gradually, the expansion rate of the filling slurry increased significantly, and the water resistance of the filling body decreased gradually. The content of GPA has the greatest influence on the 3 d compressive strength; the volume fraction of non-solid phase is mainly affected by the content of SAP, and the expansion rate of multi-phase condensate expansion material is mainly affected by the content of GPA. The strength loss rate is mainly affected by HA content.
