沙坪大桥是都汶高速公路沙坪隧道出口跨岷江大桥,受隧道出口段高陡边坡危岩影响,严重危害桥面及行车安全,需要对沙坪大桥桥面进行滚石灾害防护。提出了一种新型柔性轻钢结构滚石防护棚洞,它由钢拱圈、支撑钢管、双层柔性防护网以及拱圈支座金属耗能器、拱圈橡胶垫层共同组成,通过动力有限元计算与模拟进行结构优化,确保给定滚石冲击能量下拱圈支座响应力小于桥面T型梁翼缘板的抗冲切强度,在此基础上进行了新型柔性滚石防护棚洞结构设计并付诸实施,目前工程已经竣工验收并投入使用,对确保都汶高速公路顺利通车和行车安全发挥了积极作用。

英文摘要

A new type of flexible steel rock-shed was proposed to protect the Shaping bridge,which is situated at the exit of the Shaping tunnel on the Du-Wen highway and across the Minjiang River,from the rockfall.The rock-shed consists of steel arch ring,steel pipe,double-layer flexible protective nets,the metallic dampers on the supporting structure of arch ring and rubber cushion.An optimum structure was obtained through calculation and simulation of the dynamic finite element to make sure that the force supported by arch ring is less than the punching strength which supported by the T-beam flange plate under a given impact energy.On the basis of it,a new type of flexible protective shed-tunnel was designed.The application results showed that the technology has played an active role to ensure the Du-Wen highway is open to traffic successfully.
