中文摘要

大气湍流仿真的核心问题是生成较高精度的多层湍流相屏。针对经典谱反演生成方法,占用大量计算机资源,且无法并行计算的问题,提出并实现了一种基于多磁盘内存映射的并行计算方法。该方法的基本思想是将数据量较大的文件暂存在多个磁盘上,分块映射部分数据到内存中进行并行计算,使用操作系统提供的函数接口实现了无需人工干预的分块自动化内存映射机制。实验结果表明,新方法运算速度提升明显,仿真结果较为准确。该方法不但可以解决大数据湍流相屏的并行生成,还适用于一般的大数据科学计算和计算机仿真。

英文摘要

The key issue of atmosphere turbulence simulation is how to generate multi-layer turbulence phase screen with high precision. Classical spectral inversion method needs to take up lots of computer resources.In this case, it leads to impossible parallel computing and slow calculation.In order to remedy these drawbacks,a new method was proposed and implemented based on parallel computation and multi-disk memory mapping.The basic idea of the method was that by using multi-disk to temporary storage large files,many data blocks were mapped into memory for parallel computing.The function interfaces provided by operating system were used to implement block automated memory mapping mechanism without human intervention.Experiments showed that both the accuracy of simulation experiment and the speed of generation of turbulence phase screen have greatly ascended.Moreover,the method could not only be used to generate big data turbulence phase screen parallel,but also could be applied to general big data in scientific computation and computer simulation.
