中文摘要

针对电力系统网络结构复杂以及外部系统网络参数完全未知等特点,提出一种基于边界节点量测信息的两端口网络等值方法,以对外部系统网络进行等值简化。该等值方法所需的量测信息为系统潮流计算得到的边界节点电压相量、有功功率和无功功率,利用确定的外部系统等值模型与边界节点量测信息之间的等式约束关系,经数值迭代计算得到外部系统模型的等值参数。通过IEEE 14节点系统实例对比等值前后系统的短路水平、潮流分布及系统动态特性变化情况,验证了所提等值方法的正确性及其工程实用性。

英文摘要

Aim at the characteristics of complex network in power systems,and in order to solve the problem of equivalent parameter that is completely unknown for external network,an equivalence method based on the measurement information of the boundary nodes was proposed to equivalent the two-port external network.The measurement information of the power flow calculation includes the voltage vector of boundary nodes,active power and reactive power.The equality constraint relationship between the equivalent models of the external system and the boundary node information was adopted to estimate the equivalent parameters of external system model by using the numerical iterative.Through comparing the short circuit level,power distribution and dynamic performance for IEEE 14-bus system,the correctness of the proposed equivalent method and its engineering practicability were verified.
