水轮机飞逸时会发生一系列由惯性附加力引起的不稳定现象,影响机组安全性。灯泡贯流式水轮机流道较短,纵横尺寸在同一量级,流动3维特性明显,用1维方法描述其过渡过程的误差很大。对灯泡式水轮机飞逸过程进行全流道3维数值模拟,得到了压力脉动、转速、力矩、轴向水推力等过渡过程参数及机组内部流态的演变规律。结果显示,重力场产生的竖向压力梯度分布使转轮承受交变水流作用力,使尾水管涡带断裂致使流动结构复杂化。飞逸过程中,由于转速上升,叶片水流撞击、脱流和尾水管内涡带强度均明显增大,导致剧烈的压力脉动。

英文摘要

In order to study of the unstable phenomena due to additional inertia forces during the runaway transients of hydropower units,the 3D simulation of the runaway transients in the whole passage of a bulb turbine was presented.The histories of pressure pulsation,rotating speed,torques,forces,and flow patterns were analyzed intensively.The results showed that the turbine blades endure asymmetrical alternating forces and the vortex rope structure in the draft tube is more complicate with breaking vortex rope because the gravitational water pressure gradient is apparent in this situation. In runaway process,the increasing rotational speed enhances significantly the flow impacts on blades,flow separations,and vortex rope intensity,causing severe pressure fluctuations.
