为研究氮表面修饰活性炭纤维脱硫性能,将活性炭纤维(ACF)浸渍在不同浓度尿素溶液中,然后在不同温度下进行热处理,对ACF进行含氮官能团表面修饰改性处理。评价了其脱除模拟烟气中二氧化硫的性能,并通过SEM、XPS和TG等手段研究了改性处理对ACF的表面含氮官能团的影响。实验结果表明:热处理温度为750 ℃、尿素溶液浓度为2.4 mol/L制备条件下得到的样品具有最佳脱硫性能,其平台阶段脱硫效率达到了60%;浸渍尿素热处理改性ACF可以增加表面含氮官能团的数量,其中对脱硫性能起主要作用的吡啶氮增加最多,含量是未改性的近5倍。

英文摘要

In order to study the desulfurization performance of activated carbon fibers (ACF) with N-surface modified, surface modified ACF with nitrogen-containing group were prepared by heat-treatment of ACF with urea. Samples were characterized by SEM, XPS, and TG, and the desulfurization activities were tested. The results showed that the sample prepared under the heat treatment temperature of 750 ℃ and the urea concentration of 2.4 mol/L has the best desulfurization activity. The number of nitrogen surface functional groups of ACF were increased by the impregnation of urea and treatment under high temperature, especially pyridine nitrogen increased nearly five times.The ACF modified by nitrogen-functional groups has good desulfurization activity.
