中文摘要

吸取大跨度空间网架结构的优点,制作一种特殊形式的3维钢筋支架,研究其在高应力软岩巷道支护中的适用性。结合潘三矿区典型巷道工程,完成高地压作用下模型结构室内试验,研究3维钢筋支架锚喷结构的受力、变形破坏规律。依据支架结构特点和室内试验结果,设计出全封闭3维钢筋支架锚喷结构用于巷道的治理。最后工业性试验证明,3维钢筋支架锚喷结构设计合理,能充分发挥材料的特性,不但有很高的承载力,而且具有可缩性,满足高应力软岩巷道的支护要求。

英文摘要

A special form of three-dimensional steel bracket was made by drawing the advantage of large span space grid structure,and its applicability in the supporting of high stressed soft rock roadway was researched.In combination with PanSan typical mine roadway engineering,the laboratory test under the effect of high pressure was carried out,and the stress and deformation laws of three-dimensional steel bracket was researched.Based on the support structure features and laboratory test results,the fully closed three-dimensional steel bracket bolting shotcrete structure on the roadway was designed.Finally,industrial test proved that the structure of three-dimensional steel bracket bolting shotcrete structure was reasonable.It could play the material properties and not only had a high bearing capacity but also had the yielding,which could be satisfied the support request of high stressed soft rock roadway.
