中文摘要

针对目前大坝安全评价存在主观性强、结论指导性弱、分析滞后等缺点,提出以部位为对象,以特征时段为区间的大坝动态安全评价方法,根据多效应量来获取指标的隶属度,结合信息熵理论和专家评估法确定指标权重,通过聚类方法进行时段类比。方法已编制为程序,并应用于狮子坪大坝工程安全决策。工程应用表明:该法能够实时给出关键部位安全性态随时段的演变过程,结论以过往性态为基础,便于工程操作,根据监测资料的变化对指标权重予以修正,数据趋于平稳时权重进行减小,反之增大,符合实际,为大坝安全评价提供一种新思路。

英文摘要

Aiming at the present shortcoming of strong subjectivity,weak conclusion guiding and not real-time analysis existing in dam safety evaluation,a dynamic dam safety evaluation was put forward,which took the part as object,and the characteristics times as limit.It adopted multi effect quantities to get membership of indicators,combined the information entropy theory and expert evaluating method to determine the weight of index,and got conclusions by clustering method.The method was programed and applied to Shiziping dam safety decision,the evolution process of the key parts along any time period was provided in this method,and the conclusion based on the past safe characters was much easier to use.According to the change of the monitoring data the index weight was adjusted. When the data leveled off,the weight was reduced,on the contrary,it was increased,which conformed to the actual operation.
