以氙灯作为实验光源,模拟太阳光照射研究了光老化对毛革制品收缩温度和有毒化学指标的影响。将毛革样品在50 ℃和50%RH条件下经800 W/m2光照处理,考察不同光照时间后毛革制品的收缩温度(Ts),以及铬(Ⅵ)、甲醛、苯酚和苯胺的含量变化。通过紫外分光光度计完成指标变化分析。结果表明,随光照时间增加Ts趋于降低,并且铬(Ⅵ)含量增加,游离甲醛含量降低,苯酚含量呈先增加后降低的趋势,苯胺含量较原样趋于增加。揭示了光老化对毛革收缩温度和几种毒性指标的影响,可为毛革制品的防护和消费者的健康安全提供参考信息。

英文摘要

Using Xe lamp light as experimental light source to imitate the sunlight illumination, the shrinkage temperatures(Ts)of fur products and toxic substances content were researched.Under the conditions of temperature 50 ℃,RH50% and irradiance(SI) 800 W/m2, some indicators of fur products were measured during the different lighting time,such as shrinkage temperature(Ts),Cr(Ⅵ),formaldehyde,phenol and aniline.Experimental results showed that the content of Cr(Ⅵ) and aniline increased in comparation with the content of formaldehyde andTsvalues decreased as lighting time went on.In addition,the content of p
