The slopes in western mountains are used to be developed into the infrastructure construction for the scarcity of land resources. However, it usually lead to collapse and causes great damage for improper cut slope. Here based on the upper bound theorem of limit analysis, the stability of cutting slope with different shear index under different cutting way was studied. Then according to the pre-reinforced technology for cutting slope, the design of pre-reinforced pile to stabilize high cutting slope is studied while the design load is also proposed. Finally, the minimum yield acceleration which can result into the permanent displacement and the permanent displacement of advanced support system under earthquake is researched. In short, the whole studies provide a scientific method for pre-reinforced technology of high cutting slope.
