Precipitation polymerization was used to prepare molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) of chloramphenicol. using chloramphenicol as template molecular,MAA as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker (chloramphenicol∶MAA∶ethylene glycol dimethacrylate was 1∶4∶20 (mole ratio)),acetonitrile-water system as the porogenic solvent, and 2,2’-Azobisiso butyronitrile as the initiator, chloramphenicol molecular imprinted polymer microspheres with an average size of 13.83 μm were synthesized with water bathing at 60 ℃ and stirring at the speed of 400 r·min^-1. The product showed a maximum adsorption of 85 μmol·g^-1 for chloramphenicol.Linear equation was obtained by Scatchard analysis, which illustrated that there were homogeneous selectivity adsorption sites on the surface of MIPs and its maximum apparent adsorption was 529.42 μmol·g^-1.
