中文摘要

为了建立更加真实的3维混凝土细观模型,进行破损机理的分析。利用3维图像处理软件MIMICS对原始的CT图像进行预处理,实现了混凝土真实细观结构的3维重建,将重建结果导入到大型商业有限元软件ANSYS中,建立了更加能准确表征混凝土细观非均质性的3维有限元数值模型。在此基础上,对重建的细观有限元模型进行了数值模拟,并与其它有限元模型的分析结果进行了比较。结果表明:所建立的3维混凝土细观模型可以弥补传统随机混凝土骨料模型的不足,较好地反映出混凝土材料内部的力学特性,为最终能够深入研究混凝土材料的细观破损机理开辟新的途径。

英文摘要

In order to build real 3-D meso-concrete model to analyze the damage-fracture mechanism, CT images were pretreated in the MIMICS software of 3-D digital image processing, concrete real meso-level structure was reconstructed, and the data were imported the ANSYS, thus the 3-D finite element numerical model was constructed, which could be used to describe the meso heterogeneity of concrete. On the basis of the results, the meso finite element model was numerically simulated. By comparing the simulation results with other finite model analyzing results, it was shown that the concrete of 3-D reconstruction model could overcome the shortage of traditional random aggregate model and actually reflected mechanics properties of concrete.
