以聚丙烯腈(PAN)/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液为纺丝原液,采用聚焦电极作为接收装置,利用静电纺丝方法制备纳米纤维,可以使获得的纤维集合体呈现悬浮状态,而且使纤维能够定向排列。研究了溶液浓度、不锈钢棒数量、接收距离、溶液流速、电压以及电极转速等参数对于纤维定向排列程度的影响规律。结果表明,6根棒电极和4根棒电极均能获得定向排列纤维;纤维的定向排列程度随着溶液浓度的增加而提高;适中的接收距离更有利于纤维定向排列;在相对较低的溶液流量和电压条件下,才能有效获得定向排列程度较高的纤维阵列;电极的旋转会劣化纤维的定向。

英文摘要

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solution was used as raw material to prepare nanofibers through electrospinning method.Focusing electrode was used as the collecting device.Suspended electrospun fibrous assembly can be obtained with a high degree of alignment through the process.Effects of solution concentration,number of stainless steel bar,collecting distance,flow rate and rotation speed of electrode on the degree of alignment of fibrous assembly were studied.Results showed that aligned fibers can be obtained through collecting electrodes with both four and six stainless steel bars.Degree of alignment for the obtained fibers increases with the increase of solution concentration.Medium collecting distance is more suitable for the alignment of fibers.Fibrous array with a high degree of alignment can only be prepared at relatively low flow rate and voltage.Rotation of collecting electrode can deteriorate the alignment of fibers.
