Concerningtheprominentproblemsofrunwayincursionsandaircrafttaxiconflicts,thedesignworkofconflictdetectionandalarmingsystemforairportsurfacewasanalyzedbasedonthefiveprospects of taxiwayconflictalarming,runwayincursiondetectionalarming,restrictedareaintrudingdetectionalarming,passingpathabilitydetectionanddeviationplanningalarming.Basedontheanalysisoftheoperationrulesofaircraftonthegroundandexclusiveprincipleofaccessingtocriticalresources,thresholdtraitsmodelforconflictdetectionalarmwasestablished.Definedrulesaboutfourkindsofairportcomponentsweregiven.Andwiththedefinitionofprofessionaldatastructureandtype,planconflictdetectionwasimplemented.Topreventfalsealarmandmissingalarm,threeconflictalertregionsweredesignatedforeachaircraft.Theconflictintheshorttermwaspredictedbasedonpolygonoverlapdetection.Simulationresultsshowedthatplanroutinginformationcanmatchwithroadnetworkmodelquickly.Throughtraversingcomponents,thetype,timeandlocationoftheconflictcanbetested,andalarmcanbedisplayedinthecorrespondingwindow.Thesimulationresultscoincidedwithconclusionsoftheoreticalanalysis.
