针对柔性制造系统生产中的产品批次多、每批次数量较少的一类生产特征,分析了贯穿于FMS生产过程各个环节的时间因素特性以及遗传算法在FMS调度过程的适用性及方法,通过分析论述FMS生产过程时间优化的研究成果,提出了一种基于时间驱动FMS工件流进程并借助遗传算法进行工件流调度方案优化的方法,以双工位工作台、连续工况以及随机的初始状态等为条件,验证了这种方法在FMS工件流调度中的应用效果。

英文摘要

In view of the manufacturing problems of multi-batch production and small quantity with each batch in flexible manufacturing system(FMS), the temporal feature and genetic algorithm(GA) in FMS dispatching process across different FMS manufacturing stages were analyzed. Based on the temporal optimization of the FMS manufacture, a time-driven FMS work process was proposed and the workflow dispatch scheme was optimized based on GA. Its performance in FMS workflow scheduling was shown based on a series of conditions such as a double-workstation, continuous operating mode and random initial status.
