中文摘要

针对盾构隧道近接既有多层框架结构建筑物施工工况,通过构建考虑隧道-土体-建筑物共同作用的3维有限元模型,对盾构隧道开挖引起的建筑物楼面扭曲变形及框架柱轴力进行了系统的敏感性因素分析。研究结果表明:盾构隧道施工导致位于建筑物角部的梁柱节点出现应力集中,且该建筑物对周边地面沉降存在一定约束作用;隧道开挖会导致其左侧3维建筑物楼面产生顺时针扭曲变形;当隧道开挖面推进至建筑物且尚未穿越其横向中心时,楼层扭曲变形增大、框架柱轴力下降,当开挖面到达并超过建筑物横向中心后,楼层扭曲变形及柱轴力的变化趋势与前述刚好相反。研究成果有助于更好地评估地面既有框架结构建筑物因隧道开挖导致的破坏效应。

英文摘要

In order to investigate the building floor’s twist and the frame column’s axial force due to shield tunnelling adjacent an existing multistory frame structure building,several typical sensitive factors were analyzed through the 3D FEM by considering the interaction of the shield tunnel, heterogeneous soil and existing building.The result showed that the stress concentration caused by shield tunnelling appears just at beam-column joints of the building corner, and the tunnelling-induced ground settlement will be restricted by the surrounding existing building.The clockwise rotation of the left-side building floor is caused by shield tunnelling.Before the tunnel excavation face promotes to the transverse centerline of the building, the twist of the building floor increases,while the axial force of the frame column decreases.However, the opposite results were calculated as the shield driving.The analytical results can be used to better assess building responses to tunnel excavation induced ground settlement.
