中文摘要

为了通过改进铸造工艺来提高风机主轴的力学性能,研究了不同的取样方向、冲击方式以及冲击温度下,兆瓦级风机主轴冲击韧性的差异。结果表明:在不同的取样方向及冲击条件下,主轴的冲击韧性存在显著的差异,且沿金属纤维方向的冲击韧性明显高于其它方向。

英文摘要

The MW wind turbine casting was prepared by metal mold gravity casting process. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the MW wind turbine via modifying the casting technology, the impact toughness of the MW wind turbine was studied under different sampling directions, impacting ways, and shocking temperatures. The results showed that the impact toughness of the MW wind turbine has significant differences under different sampling directions and impacting conditions. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the impact toughness taken along the direction of metallic fiber is distinctly higher than the ones of other directions.
