In order to treat the problem of low efficiency of the inversion of mechanical parameters of surrounding rock, an asynchronous particle swarm optimization method with high efficiency was proposed to the parameters inversion of surrounding rock, and a mathematical inversion model was established. Based on the file partition, information grouping and sequence encoding, the parametric auto-generation and update of FEM calculation file were realized. Then the realization process of inversion of mechanical parameters and advanced prediction of mechanical response of surrounding rock was given, and automatic system was developed. The example results showed that the proposed method and the developed system are feasible and practical.
