中文摘要
针对梯级水电站群调节水库长期调度缺乏成熟方法,难以指导水电站水位有效控制的问题,提出一种新的水库调度决策方法,该方法应用知识推理技术,以调度函数建立知识库指导水库调度决策。通过模拟对比分析,结果表明,按此方法进行水库调度决策是合理可行的,同时克服了传统方法的缺点,能够应用于指导水库调度决策。
英文摘要
Based on knowledge reasoning,a new method of decision-making in cascade hydropower stations’operation was proposed.This method could overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods.The comparison and analysis among actual project examples showed that this method is reasonable and feasible to solve the actual engineering problems in decision-making of reservoir operation.
