中文摘要

以聚乳酸和自制β-偏磷酸钙晶须为原料,采用“两步模压法”制备聚乳酸/β-偏磷酸钙晶须复合骨折内固定材料,并对复合材料的力学性能进行了检测。结果表明采用“两步模压法”制备的复合材料的力学性能明显优于“一步模压法”制备的复合材料,其最大抗弯强度和杨氏模量分别为126.33 MPa和4.36 GPa,接近于人体皮质骨的力学性能,能满足人体骨折内固定对固定材料的力学性能要求。

英文摘要

A two-step method was used to prepare poly L-lactide(PLLA)/ β-calcium metaphosphate (β-CMP) fracture fixation composites. The mechanical strength of these composites is tested and the factors which will affect the mechanical strength were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the bending strength and Young’s modulus of composites prepared by the two-step method were much better than those prepared by the two-step method, reached a maximum of 126.33 MPa and 4.36 GPa, which are close to those of the cortical bone and can meet the request of internal fixation for human bone fractures.
