介绍了2008年攀枝花Ms 6.1级地震房屋应急评估中采用的快速鉴定评估方法,通过了解攀枝花三区两县以及震中仁和区的公共建筑震害情况,根据建筑破坏等级,对不同烈度区的砖(土)木结构、砖混结构、框架结构的房屋破坏评估结果进行了统计分析。并提出了该方法在可操作性、可靠度的一致性和鉴定结果的直观性方面还存在一定的问题,建议适当引入结构危险性评分的方式,以进一步增加评估结果的一致性和稳定性。
英文摘要
A rapid visual evaluation method of quake-stricken buildings in the 2008 Panzhihua Ms 6.1 earthquake was introduced. By this method, the damage degree of different structures in disaster area were statistically analyzed. This method can give a relative reliable appraisal results compared with previous methods, but still raises the problem of the operability and consistency of different experts. It was suggested to introduce the point rating of structure hazardous failure to increase the consistency and stability of appraisal results.
