在确定工程结构的维护时间时,传统的方法是将其按非退化系统来考虑的,实际上工程结构的整个使用期符合退化系统的特点,因此建立结构退化系统的最优维护时间具有重要的工程意义。本文基于退化系统的特点,分析了退化系统和非退化系统之间的区别。结合可靠度理论,建立了以使用期内费用最少为目标函数的维护策略,推导出退化系统的维护时间的数学模型,以此确定工程结构的最优检查间隔时间。并以青州市黑虎山水库大坝为例,建立其力学意义的失效破坏模式,得出大坝的系统可靠度,并应用推导出的模型得出不同可检查性条件下,费用与检查时间的关系曲线,分析得到若干有益结论。

英文摘要

Traditional method of determining the maintenance time of a structure system was to consider it as a non-deteriorating system. Actually, the whole life-cycle of structures fits the characteristics of deteriorating system, so establishing the maintenance strategy of deteriorating system has a significant engineering meaning. Based on characteristics of the deteriorating system, the differences between deteriorating structural systems and non-deteriorating structural systems were discussed in the paper, and the mathematical availability model and optimal maintenance strategy model has been deduced for deteriorating systems. Based on reliability theory, a mechanical model of the deteriorating structure’s failure mode was established, which adopts the minimum life-cycle cost strategy as the objective function. The optimal interval check time of deteriorating structural systems was obtained. A dam in Shandong province as an example was studied, a cost-check time curve was obtained. Some useful conclusions were given through analyzing.
