中文摘要

无粘结预应力楼板-异形柱(剪力墙)住宅结构体系将剪力墙、异形柱沿住宅外墙、分户墙和楼、电梯间布置,是一种能实现住户内部自由分割的新型住宅结构体系。为研究该结构体系的抗震性能,依据我国现行结构设计规范,进行了系列结构模型设计,并采用SAP2000对其进行Pushover分析。重点比较了楼板中是否施加预应力、抗震设防烈度、水平力作用形式、房屋层数、楼板中预应力筋对梁的加强作用等因素对该结构体系抗震性能带来的影响。从结构的性能点坐标、结构的力-位移曲线及结构塑性铰的分布和发展等方面来评价结构的整体抗震性能。分析结果表明,该结构体系修建的12层以内的规则对称住宅结构,具有较好的整体抗震性能,能够满足抗震设防烈度为八度和八度以下地区抗震设防的要求。

英文摘要

It is convenient to separate the apartment in any way in this new residential system, which named unbonded prestressed slab—special-shaped columns or shear walls residential structural system. In order to study the seismic behaviors, using SAP2000 to make Pushover analysis in a series of numerical models, which are designed based on Chinese code. Some important parameters are considered in these models, such as prestressed effect, seismic fortification intensity, horizontal force distribution and stories. Some important behaviors are discussed, such as performance points, force-displacement curves and the distribution and development of plastic hinges in structures. The research results show that the regular residential structures with not more than 12 stories can work well in the region with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree and below.
