中文摘要

盐岩储气库在极端条件下压力失控工况的分析对储库运营安全控制有重要意义。基于理想气体1维定常流动理论,引入时间变量分别建立了井管管壁无摩擦和有摩擦两种情形下储库溶腔内部压力随时间变化的数学模型,用分离变量法求出井喷失控状态下储库腔内压力变化的解析表达式,并通过实验进行了对比验证。分析表明,盐岩储库腔压降时程曲线呈指数型衰减,其衰减系数是管道长度、直径、摩阻系数、储腔容积以及腔内气体初始状态参数的函数。通过井喷失控工况的分析为进一步研究压力失控条件下盐岩储气库稳定性提供理论依据。

英文摘要

Pressure runaway analysis of rock salt storage is very important to the operation safety control under extreme conditions.Based on the one-dimensional steady flow theory, the intra-cavity pressure time-varying models were deduced by introducing time variable without the pipeline induced fiction and with fiction in both cases.The analytical solutions of pressure change under the out-of-control blowout condition were obtained using the variable separation method.The calculations were then compared to the experimental data.The results showed that the time travel curve of pressure drop submits an exponential distribution,and the attenuation coefficient is the function of the pipe length,diameter, fiction coefficient, as well as the cavern capacity and the initial state parameters of intra-cavity gas. Further study of the stability of rock salt storage may be based on the above theoretical conclusions.
