中文摘要

建立了含有衬底的层状复合磁电薄膜的弹性力学模型,并简要推导了非理想耦合状态下的磁电双层膜的横向和纵向的磁电(ME)电压系数公式。计算了PMN-PT/CFO层状复合薄膜的磁电电压系数随压电相体积分数v、衬底的体积分数vs以及界面耦合系数k之间的变化关系。结果表明,衬底对磁电薄膜有着强烈的夹持效应。衬底的厚度、薄膜界面之间的耦合强度的大小以及合适的压磁/压电相体积比都对薄膜的磁电转换效应有一定的影响。

英文摘要

A elasticity mechanical theory model for magnetoelectric bilayer laminated films with substrate was established.Using this model, the transverse and longitudinal magnetoelectric voltage coefficient formula of magnetoelectric films were derived in non-ideal interface coupling state simply. The magnetoelectric voltage coefficient of PMN-PT/CFO bilayer laminated films was calculated as the function of the volume fraction vof piezoelectrics, volume fraction vs of substrates and interface coupling coefficientk. It was found that the substrate has strong clamping effect to the magnetoelectric thin films. The thickness of substrate, quality of interface coupling and appropriated volume ratio of piezoelectrics/piezomagnetics have much effect on the magnetoelectric conversion in a certain extent.
