In order to compare the complexity and performance of Sum-of-sinusoids (SoS) models for uncorrected Rayleigh fading channels, the second-order statistical formula for deterministic SoS model was derived, which showed that the variance of cross-correlation was not zero. Then, the requirements of signal′s angle of arrival(AoA) for statistical models were proved, which was used to compare with different selections. Simulation results showed that deterministic model has lower complexity but poor performance of independence between multiple channels, however statistical model has ideal statistical properties with proper AoA.
