中文摘要

地面等待是空中交通短期流量管理的主要方法。针对日益增长的空中交通需求带来的严重航班延误,提出了基于分组的随机性地面等待算法。首先该算法考虑连续航程航班的排序合理性,提出分组排序的思想;其次考虑了机场的降落和起飞相互影响;并且考虑了对续航影响﹑延误时间和延误耗损的不同重视程度,引入3个权值定义可变优先级;此外考虑了天气等因素的动态特性,在排序时引入随机性变量。利用实际的飞行计划数据,进行了多次仿真实验,证明了算法的灵活性和实用性,具有较好的参考价值。

英文摘要

One of the prevalent methods in short-term air traffic flow management is Ground-Delay Programming. Serious flight delays will be caused by increasing air traffic demands. To solve this problem,a Random Ground-Holding Model Based on Grouped Scheduling was proposed.Considering the rationality of the successive tasks flights scheduling, the Grouped Scheduling method was introduced. The interdependent influence of arrivals and departures was considered in the model.With the different object of successive tasks influence,delay time and the delay cost, the model provided three factor to define the priority.The model introduced the random variables, with the dynamic characteristics of weather. The true data of flight plan was used to test the model many times. The results validated the flexibility and practicability of this model.
