利用厌氧流化床-外循环三相好氧流化床联合系统处理垃圾渗滤液,分别考察了进水CODCr浓度、进水NH3-N浓度、厌氧段CODCr去除率和厌氧段NH3-N去除率等因素对垃圾渗滤液的CODCr和NH3-N的总去除率的影响。实验表明,联合系统对低NH3-N浓度的垃圾渗滤液具有较好的处理效果,当系统的总停留时间在10.5 h时,在进水CODCr浓度范围为2817.2~4383.88 mg/L,进水NH3-N浓度为303.12~445.43 mg/L,联合处理系统对CODCr去除率为86.79%~98.85%;对NH3-N的去除率为81.14%~94.01%。系统对CODCr去除的容积负荷平均达到7.38 kg/(m3·d),对NH3-N去除的容积负荷平均达到0.37 kg/(m3·d)。当垃圾渗滤液的CODCr值在3400 mg/L以下时,联合处理系统对其中的CODCr有较高的去除率,为86.79%~98.85%;当NH3-N浓度在400 mg/L以下时,系统对NH3-N有较高的去除率,为81.14%~94.01%;厌氧段的CODCr和NH3-N去除率较高时,有利于提高联合处理系统的总CODCr和总NH3-N去除率。

英文摘要

The landfill leachate was treated by the combination of anaerobic fluiized bed and outside circle three-phase aerobic fluidized bed systems. The influent CODCr concentration, influent NH3-N concentration, anaerobic CODCr removal rate, anaerobic NH3-N removal rate and other factors were studied on the CODCr and NH3-N removal rate of the Landfill Leachate. The experimental results showed that the landfill leachate of low NH3-N concentration has good treatment efficiency by the joint system, when the total HRT, influent CODCr concentration, influent NH3-N concentration of the treatment systems were 10.5 h, 2817.2~4383.88 mg/L, 303.12~445.43 mg/L,respectively, the removal rates of CODCr and NH3-N were 86.79%~98.85% and 81.14%~94.01%. The Volumetric loading for CODCr and NH3-N achieved an average of 7.38 kg/(m3·d) and 0.37 kg/(m3·d). When the CODCr value of Landfill Leachate below 3400 mg/L, there were high CODCr removal rate of 86.79%~98.85%, when NH3-N concentration below 400 mg/L, the NH3-N in the system had a higher removal rate of 81.14%~94.01%. It was proved that to improve the removal rate of anaerobic CODCr and NH3-N and reduce the NH3-N concentration of anaerobic effluent, will help improve the overall CODCr and total NH3-N removal rate of the combined systems.
