以Zr(OH)4为载体,分别采用超声浸渍法和常规浸渍法制备得到WO3/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂,并用BET、XRD、NH3-TPD和SEM等方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,与常规浸渍法相比,超声浸渍法制得催化剂比表面积较大,载体表面容纳较多的分散态钨活性组分,高温焙烧后仍保持高比例的四方晶相ZrO2(t),呈现出较高的总酸量和酸强度。且超声浸渍法制得催化剂粒度较小,疏松分散,用于柴油催化氧化脱硫反应表现出很高的催化活性。

英文摘要

WO3/ZrO2 solid superacid catalysts were prepared by using Zr(OH)4 as supporter with ultrasonic impregnation and general impregantion,respectively. The catalysts were characterized by means of BET, XRD, NH3-TPD and SEM. The results revealed that the catalyst prepared with ultrasonic impregnation, compard with general impregantion, possessed large surface areas and supported more dispersion tungste active component. Calcined at high temperature, ZrO2 in the catalyst yet existed mainly in the tetragonal phase and the catalyst presented higher acidic strength and acid amounts. Furthermore, the catalyst was dispersed in small particle and gave strong catalytic activity in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization of diesel.
