采用区域熔融法净化工业黄磷制备高纯磷。考察了熔区移动速度、区熔次数、熔区长度以及黄磷原料杂质初始含量对提纯效果的影响。研究结果表明,采用区熔法对工业黄磷进行提纯是完全可行的,且当原料砷含量为14301 ng/g时,在移动速度为10 mm/h,熔区长度为0.1L,经过5次区熔后,除As外,Fe、Ca、Co、Mg、Cr、Cd、Mn、Ni、Cu、Pb、Zn、Al等12种杂质均达到6N(99.9999%)级水平,当经过区熔30次后,总杂质含量脱除到100 ng/g左右,完全能够满足半导体以及医药行业对高纯磷的要求。

英文摘要

A method of zone refining was applied to purify the industrial yellow phosphorus to obtain ultra-pure phosphorus. The influence of variable zone lengths, zone passes, moving speed and the impurity of raw materials on the purification process was studied. The results indicated that after 5 zone passes, the 12 impurities’ (Fe, Ca, Co, Mg, Cr, Cd, Mn, Ni, Cu, Pb, Zn, Al) content reached to the level of 6 N (99.9999%) except arsenic under the conditions of moving speed 10 mm/h, zone length 0.1L and the arsenic content of raw material 14301 ng/g. After 30 zone passes, the amount of impurities were about 100 ng/g, which could satisfy the demands of semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
