采用分散聚合法,以乙醇水溶液为介质,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂制备聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-二乙烯苯窄分布聚合物交联微球。研究了分散聚合中,介质的醇水比、水油比、单体配比、引发剂用量以及搅拌速度和搅拌杆安装方式对微球形貌、粒径、粒径分布及收率的影响。使用数字图像分析仪分析表征聚合物微球的形貌、粒径、粒径分布。反应中使用显微镜跟踪观察了微球的形成过程,探索了分散聚合的反应机理。合成了球形形貌好、粒径在3~5?μm之间的GMA-DVB微米级单分散聚合物微球。

英文摘要

The monodispersed cross linked GMA-DVB particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization using PVPK as stabilizer, water/alcohol mixture as reaction medium and BPO as initiator. The influence of different ratio of water/alcohol, the proporition of the monomer and medium, the concentration of the initiation and the effect of mix speed on the micropheres' shape, yield, diameter and its distribution was investigated. Polymerization process was tracked and observed by microscope to summarize and grope the polymerization mechanism of dispersion polymerization. The monodispersed cross linked GMA-DVB particles have the diameter of 3~5?μm.
