数控车床几何和热误差综合实时补偿方法应用

对数控机床几何和热误差进行补偿是提高数控机床加工精度的有效方法。对数控机床的几何误差和热误差进行了分类并给出了建模方法。提出了一种基于外部坐标系偏移功能的误差实时补偿装置并叙述了其实现方法。在K360型数控车床进行了X轴定位误差和主轴径向热误差的补偿试验,证明了这种补偿方法在精度改进中的有效性。
英文摘要
Compensation for the geometric and thermal error is the most effective methods to improve the machining precision. These errors were classified and the normal modeling methods were given. A real-time error compensation controller was developed based on the CNC shift function of external coordinate system. The technology was implemented on CY-K360 CNC turning center and the position error of X axial and the Radial thermal error of the spindle were compensated.The result proved the new method's availability in accuracy improving.
