合成了主链含有二腈基亚甲基芴结构单元的聚烷基芴光伏材料,通过红外和核磁对其进行了表征。目标共聚物PBTCNF的热分解温度为448.1 ℃,玻璃化温度(Tg)为146.6 ℃,具有良好的热稳定性和加工性能。该种材料对太阳光的吸收在300 ~700 nm范围内,基本覆盖了整个可见光区域。电化学分析得出其具有较好的氧化还原可逆性,并且具有1.86 eV的相对较窄的能带宽度。将此聚合物与PCBM掺混制作太阳电池,得到光伏器件的最大能量转换效率为0.016%,开路电压为0.75 V,短路电流为0.082 mA/c

英文摘要

A photovoltaic material based on fluorene having dicyanomethylenefluorene unit in the main chain were synthesized,and characterized by FT IR and NMR. The polymer possess satisfactory thermal stability and machinability with thermal decomposition temperature (Td) of 448.1 ℃ and glass transition temperature (Tg ) of 146.6 ℃. The materials perform a good absorption around about 300~700 nm, covering a large part of the visible spectrum. Their effective reversibilities of redox were determined, and a correspondingly low bandgap of 1.86 eV was obtained. A photocurrent density of 0.079 mA/cm2, open circuit voltage of 0.75 V, fill factor of 0.249 and power conversion efficiency of 0.016% were achieved under illumination of AM 1.5 from a solar simulator.
